Disgusted

I find this really selfish, every month without fail since May2021 you guys have deducted your premiums, and now when I have to make a claim I am being inconvenienced and sent from pillar to post. please fix this. Otherwise please return all my premiums from start date of insurance till date. total waste of my time. everyday I have to get in touch with you with no answer
