Disappointed in this company for a loyal client to be given an alternative glass in his first claim
For the years that I have been with this company on my very first windscreen claim I am told that I will get an alternative glass and I should refer to my policy documents. I even ask for shutterpruf glass and the declined my request. I am so disappointed as a client that has been loyal to this company.
