Disappointed

When i signed up everything was so quick, and when i ask to amend things. It would take an hour or even less but now i logged a claim and nothing is happening no one is saying anything and im now uncomfortable and scared to even insure my car with u guys cz a cellphone claim takes this long. Im imagining with a car. Can i please get help
