disappointed

Very disappointing service. its almost a month and my car is still not repaired, the assessment takes forever and their updates to their clients is very disappointing. if the client don't call them, they won't call you to give you an update. they don't cover you for the total amount of damage to your car even though you have a policy with them for over 2 - 3 years. they not very transparent with their policies
