Disappointed!

My vehicles was towed in on the 26th of June, I collected a month later. Upon inspection I found that the boot's lock was broken. The panel beater refused to accepts accountability, told me to report it to the Insurer. Upon further inspection, we found further signs of visible forced entry, the right rear door's panel is slightly lifted, paint sc****d and rubber damaged. The panel beaters inspected the vehicle on Monday, vehicle was towed in Sunday afternoon. It's been three months and all that I am hearing is, we are waiting for feedback, this is completely unacceptable!!!!! Where was the car between Sunday and Monday, and who is going to pay for the damages???
