Difficult refund process

I took cover with pineapple , they are good are swift when taking money fro your account. I have been waiting for a refund after countless times trying to reach them .The 14 days of refund has passed. It's like they are playing a game of waiting to see if you will follow up. It's my hard earned money and ilI need it back because the policy is not taken up
