Delayed multiple Debit orders

I had an issue with them regarding a debit order. They debit late and thereafter they charge R50 as penalty but they don’t debit it the same day when they debit the premium on the arrangement date. They debit it a week or two later, of which by then there’s no money in the account. One of their consultants once told me (first time it happened) that when they debit on the arrangement date, they also include the R50 penalty fee…which they don’t do! I’m confused as to why the debit order only goes off after working hours on the agreed date? It’s really tiring and leaves a distasteful service. Now my account is overdrawn by 6 times more than the penalty fee. Because of their unsatisfactory service, I have to pay money that I never even used just because of a mere R50!!😠 agh!!! When I try contacting them via the app, there’s no response! Wow!!! I’m really starting to wonder if I chose the right insurance company.
