Delay, delay and ignore!

I have 2 vehicles that I have been trying to add onto the app for over a month. I have been receiving an error stating that I already have a policy with Pineapple Insurance. I escalated this and was told they would work on it. I was also informed that with an app update, the issue would be resolved. The last call I got from the insurer was to inform me that they would add my vehicles manually and get back to me. That has not happened. My messages to them are now being ignored and I am stuck looking for an insurer last minute because I risk being uninsured at this stage.
