Decreased risks yet increased premium

I wrote to Pineapple insurance to inform them that I had moved to a different place, and by so doing I had decreased a number of risks. Instead they increased my premium. I have been in communication with them for 3 weeks now, I have to chase after them. The below is one of the emails I had sent, to understand the reason behind my dispute:

"Hi Refilwe,

I can hardly see the attachment. Nonetheless, please kindly forward this to Dino Candoles.

@Dino ’m not entirely sure that you’ve considered everything here. I’m not just focusing on the safety of the area. I specifically asked you to look at the distance from my workplace to my home. You’ll see that the distance is now half of what I used to travel, which means less time on the road and, consequently, fewer risks. I still use the same route I used to take, but now I’m starting in the middle of that route, so weather conditions shouldn’t be a factor.

Additionally, if you compare my previous location to my new one, you’ll find that the weather conditions are almost identical about 97% of the time. Regarding towing, the new location is much closer to business areas, making towing services more accessible than where I lived before. I also want to point out that the likelihood of accidents in my new area is much lower than where I used to live.

Can you please provide me with the "full list" where you have marked what are the increased risks, only maybe then I can understand your point.

Please"

I have been promised the manager, but it seems they do not put clients first as they do not commit to their appointments with the client. I am always told the manager is attending meetings.

@pineapple please speak to Refilwe Tsholwane as she is the call centre agent for this. It doesn't seem there is a case number for this when I check even on the app. I am disappointed in their service and I am only 2 months with the company.
