Decline the claim and refund me my money

I have claimed about 3 weeks ago almost a month now. It started off as me submitting documents then i was told they need something else, I get it for them and submit it then there's another thing missing after 56 email exchanges my claim has not been approved instead I have been taken To the South African insurance crime bureau about 2 weeks ago till to date I'm still waiting to be investigated like the organized ********* and no outcome has come yet.
