Rude call centres calling me and refuse to tell you where they got my details. I have not given anyone permission to call me and they are sometimes calling 2 to 3 time a week. Why would I do business with a company that has no respect for my data?

26 Nov 2022, 18:43Well, 3 days after the fact and still no actual contact from Pineapple. So just to put a conclusion on this. Bad experience in the sales process and bad after sale service. You have been warned. If an insurance company does not care about image, they will probably find a reason not to pay your claim.
