Could have been handled better

My phone got lost the day before Good Friday, the claim was only finally approved towards the end of May. The lady taking care of my claim went on leave literally as soon as she started working on my claim, I had to bombard the Pineapple app with messages upon messages. It took them over 3weeks to realise that the ITC number I submitted was incorrect. Had to deal with a service provider that was also not taking me seriously. This could have been better if there was communication, I’m happy the claim is approved but I don’t know if I wanna stick around to go through the same drama I went through with Pineapple.
