Completely unresponsive
I have submitted a claim at the beginning on November and I am still waiting feedback on the status of my claim. The insurance is HIGLY irresponsive and unreachable. I have sent countless emails, on a daily basis and still have not recieved the response. This has been a terrible experience and I am most definitely not recommending this insurance to ANYONE! DONT DO IT, IT IS THE WORST!!!!
