Complaint still not resolved
My issue/complaint is still not resolved almost 2 months later... I can't even cancel the insurance so I can go and find a different insurer...

And I'm just supposed to sit and wait for you to take your time... Issue/complaint resolution is clearly not a priority for the so-called complaints department of this insurance company...
