complaint on Pineapple insurance

My Lawyers advised me to get a private Expert. I did what they said I got the private Expert and did the reconstruction report they requested and sent it to my Lawyers (Scorpion) now they tell me they can't take it further, report says the speed is not relevant for the claim do be declined it is irrelevant, even if I was driving at a lower speed the accident would still happen because while I was driving people appeared out of nowhere and that area is a bush area so I lost control and swayed the car and went in to ditch and big rocks that damaged my Motor Vehicle.
