Competent and friendly claims consultant

I filed a claim for a ****** cell phone on the 24th of February and it was finalised and paid out on the the 10th of March. Communication from the claims consultant could have been better during the whole process but she indicated that she had some challenges and sincerely apologised after I expressed my discontent. Overall I would say she was very friendly and helpful as she went out of her way attend to my claim. Based on this experience, I would recommend Pineapple for cell phone insurance.
