Client not considered after requests

After sending an email and NUMEROUS phonecalls that my Insurance is in arrears and I have difficulty meeting this month and requested how many times and Pineapple Insurance tries to retrieve the funds. Am I as client not been considered. Can you imagine how much my Banking fees are together with the rejections and all call calls and sms? Unforeseen circumstances due to shutdown of Company that I'm employed at.
