Claims take long & text system not operating effectively

The text system is not working and it's frustrating because you can't call.

I sent a text in the morning on the 17th of June, with no response. It's the 20th of June and I followed with no response still.

Claims are taking longer to be processed with no putting me at ease to say everything is sorted. No courtesy car but we paying for these services.

Im stranded.
