Claims process was effortless C

I joined Pineapple insurance in February 2024, after looking around which had affordable rates. My car was later involved in an accident in September 2024. I was assisted by Thandeka who went out of her way to ensure I understood every step of the process. She communicated clearly over the phone and even via email. She was patient in explaining the next steps to be taken at every stage. I am happy that this process was well handled by someone so professional and always willing to listen.
