Claiming process was suppose to be made simple through the app, but i had to send them a message to remind them of my claim after weeks
Claiming process was suppose to be made simple through the app, but i had to send them a message to remind them of my claim after weeks. No communication from them whatsoever.. After i had moaned they asked me to lodge a claim manually and that was a process on its own. But after that the claim was processed within a week with no issues
