Claiming is a Pain
Quite a painful experience claiming. Not what i expected. Really easy to insure, but claiming is a different story. Even when the claim is approved, there is still an unneccessary delay which brings frustration. It's going to 2 weeks, and was promised to have everything sorted in a 'couple of days'.
