Claiming for damage to motor vehicle's windshield

I had a damage to my vehicle's windshield on the 21st of June 2021 from a stone that cracked part of the windshield. I could not make a automatic claim using the app nor website due to some maintenance being done on it. I thus contacted a pineapple represtative and they put me through to a claim's representative Kaashifa. She helped me on the 30th of June 2021 with great serivce where my winshield was then replaced on the 10th of July 2021. The time delay on getting the windshield replaced was due to ordering the part from a supplier and obtaining a time which best suited me.
