Claim taking too long
I submitted a claim on the 25th November 2025, I received a call advising that the car is a write off, after a week of submitting the claim. Ever since then there is no update on how much am I getting , I've been waiting . Instead they want more documents after another . I want to cancel the claim and the insurance Regards
