Worst experience ever since. They are like lions in the wolf's skin. My car died in the small pool of water on the national tar road and they told me I should have stopped, get out of the car and test how deep is the water. How practical is that? Or I should have stopped, read the car manual and see how deep the car should be in the water passing through the road. I find very unprofessional reasoning from Pineapple. I regret leaving my previous insurance for them. Sometimes cheap things comes with bad consequences. I had to sell my car because they can't even fix my car. This happens after a heavy rainfall on the area. I will never recommend any of my family or friends to take pineapple. They are full of stories and hidden agendas. I had to take the matter to Ombudsman and still fighting with them.
