Claim reference *** unhappy customer 😡

I initially submitted a claim on the 20/07/2022 and I was assisted be Fikile who stated it would take 15 days to review my claim, I have no car as it’s currently with the panel beaters still waiting to approve my claim and it’s now the 19/08/2022 and still no feedback on approval of my claim mind you that this accident was not my fault. I was not given a timeframe and when I ask for one I’m ignored. I cannot understand what is taking so long as this is my first insurance claim ever made.I asked for a manager as I have had enough and would like them to know that they’re service is poor n I need a response as well as turn around time. I’m so frustrated!
