Claim process with Banele - Excellent customer service

I had to claim for my ****** iPad and Banele was assigned to my claim. I immediately picked up that she has amazing etiquette, manners and her desire to deliver excellent customer service is unmatched. Age gave me regular updates and explained the entire claims process and any delays experienced. It was a very pleasant process and I hope that all the other Pineapple clients receive a similar positive experience
