Claim process ridiculously long.

I am very disappointed with Pineapple insurance. I submitted a claim on 15/11/2024, till today my claim has not been accepted. I have answered all questions and submitted all documents but still no response…

The level of service has been very disappointing, and potential customers must know what they’re getting themselves into. It is stressful, costly and a big inconvenience not having your car for a long time.

This level of service has been very disappointing. I get no response to multiple WhatsApp messages, I send messages everyday and get ignored. There are no proactive updates about my claim status. Phone calls are never answered or returned. I am forever placed on hold, “waiting for the next available agent”. In all of this I am later told today that the person who was assisting me has not been at work and my case was handed over to another person who had to start the process from the beginning. All of this I am hearing exactly 7 days after I’ve submitted the claim. I am beyond disappointed, I am now without my car for a week going into another week. At this rate I don’t think I will have my car this December.

This is all so frustrating when I have been paying premiums on time, every month with no issues. Now it’s been 7+ days since I’ve submitted my claim but there is still no progress.
