My phone got ****** and a day later I filed a claim with pineapple ?, I was assisted by Kashifa and all I can say is that she deserves a raise, she walked me through my claiming process every step of the way, and she was very kind and patient, I was approved after 6 days of submitting documents and I paid my excess, I collected my new cellular device as I write here.
