Claim issues

Good day

I am writing this with a heavy heart of what Pineapple insurance did to me. I started with Pineapple insurance on the........... and on this day I was involved in an accident and when I submitted a claim ,the claim was rejected and I was advised that my claim falls within my excess so I must pay for myself. I then went to a certain dealership to do a quote and to my surprise the quote came back very high which made me question Pineapple insurance if they ever assigned an assessor to look at the damage on my car.. two weeks after unfortunately I got in another accident with the same car and I submitted another claim and to my surprise the claim was rejected again with the same reasons but the amounts they say on the letters do not correspond with the damage of the car ,I then ask them to give me the name of the garage they take their cars to even today I haven't received the name. Since they rejected my second claim I then went to another garage to get a quote and they quoted me about R49 000 which I had to pay because I was left with no option since my insurer was not willing to help me.

Asking for assigned in this matter so the can pay my money back. 🙏
