Claim

I made a claim on the 28th of April, the claim was handed over to Fikile Nkutha. I wrote emails to her and I have not received any response. The claim has not been approved, my car is just sitting at Renew It. Nothing is happening, no interaction no response.I am really disappointed with their service. I just want to cancel the insurance for both my cars
