Claim delays and Poor communication

SH**TY insurance , you can't call them , their "chat" service is useless, they always say they'll call you but they don***** been months since i made a claim yet my car is still at home and nothing is being done .. ive been trying to get hold of them without any success.. i really regret insuring my car with them
