Stay away from this ********** as far as you can please. Pathetic service, no response to customer claims, no communication or updates on status of claims. All they do is ghost customers after claim is logged.

18 Jan 2023, 14:46Oh i've heard this one before surely it cannot take more than month to be contacted by your senior staff member unless of course you're posting a letter via the post office or message in a bottle. Your service is pathetic. You'll be hearing from my lawyer and i'll be reporting you to the the FSCA and Ombuds for short term insurance because clearly you have no regard for TCF requirements.
