Chat function?
Pretty poor from Pineapple. They supposedly have a 24/7 chat feature instead of a call line, but it is neither 24 or 7. My insurance policy has seemingly disappeared on my app - it says my vehicle is no longer insured. An agent responded on the chat function an hour or so after I logged the query, I have however, not heard anything since.
