Charlotte 5 Star Customer Service from an unhappy client

My review is a bit complex...I'm very unhappy and disappointed with the company Pineapple, but extremely happy with the service and attention Charlotte has provided me. Despite my issues, she remained calm and ensured I get the best service from her. Even though I will NEVER recommend this insurance company to anyone until they resolve the issues from the accounts department which basically created my problems, I can highly applaud Charlotte for how she handled me and assured me all will be well. She is indeed one of a kind. She tried to retain me, but I'm so over the problems I encountered. Unless something really changes
