Changed My Perception

I learnt of Pineapple in a FlySafair flight magazine a year ago. I tried them, thinking I may regret it. I lost my phone earlier this month and after a necessary step to recover the phone proved futile, I claimed for loss expecting an excuse from Pineapple not to payout. They proved me wrong by paying the claim today with no questions asked after submitting the support documents.
