Change in premium on app is useless

I have tried to change my premium for my cellphone on the app and it will not work. I cannot afford R90 per month. I took this insurance out as R13.00 was good and now expected to pay R90.00 pm which is ridiculous. I can afford to pay R55.00 pm or I would rather just unsure this item.

My low amount R12.52 was debited on the 1st March and now received a message that R60 will be debited.

Please assist asap otherwise I will have to put stop order to this account. Thank you
