Cellphone insurance

I was offered a cellphone insurance by another company while I was insured with pineapple insurance... Weeks ago I have an incident that I ended up loosing my phone, then I claim on the other insurance it was replaced now pineapple insurance doesn't wanna pay the claim.... Which I was paying for.... Telling me I can't have 2 insurance from different companies which I didn't know about...
