CELLPHONE CLAIM
I recently lost my phone and I was assisted by Wendy regarding my queries. I had a delay in opening case and she re-assured me that she'd inform the claims department. I went through the process with ease as I was very stressed at the time. Her responses were quick and she was friendly.
