Car Insurance decline due to unfair reasons
I logged a claim with pineapple on the 14th of June 2025, then my claim took up to July to be assigned a senior validator from OLD Mutual. He came to investigate the scene of the accident and took 2 weeks without feet back, when I called I was told that due to the dept I am still having for another car they can't pay nor fix my car. I took the matter with NFO Ombudsman, I'm still waiting for the feedback. I will not recommend pineapple or any policy related to OLD MUTUAL.

Kindly note that we have received a complaint from the Ombudsman for Sort-Term Insurance . According to their terms of reference, once a complaint is received via their office, we may no longer address the complaint with you on our complaints platform and all correspondence will be via their office.
