Car insurance claim

Such 👎 insurance when it comes to my claim. I had been in an accident since 3th November 2023 up until now 13th December had not received any response from the insurance consultant. They keep saying they will call back which will happen after even every 2weeks and only when I take the initiative. I've sent emails, chats and tried to make some few calls on the numbers they called with no luck. I'm stuck and frustrated but yet they have deducted their monthly premium on time. All I have is regrets, regrets and regrets for taking this insurance
