Car insurance

Pineapple insurance services are very bad 😕. The consultants/team(Bandile Nyawuza, Thandi Nkwani, Fezile Mabuda, Koketso Ramp****)are very friendly. They use friendly gesture to attract clients, but their services are poor. I regret the day I decided to take the insurance. They take forever to respond to my claim even after they rejected my claim and wrote dispute letter still they're telling me, "The management team is still busy with my things"
