Canceled policy - still taking money
Took out a car insurance. Was quoted 700- came out to be way more expensive after signing.
I canceled on the same day the policy was taken out.
Have been debited twice after cancelling my policy and no one seems to respond to messages on the app about it.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this insurance company. They are a **** and a bunch of *******.
Amazing how they can take money immediately and cancel policies the second something it’s paid, but when it comes to returning money it’s impossible.
