Cancelation and refund of policy

I'm extremely frustrated with the handling of my policy cancelation and refund. I joined pineapple insurance on the 14 June 2025 , the service was very poor, I cancell my policy on the 24 June 2025 within the 14 day period, with the premium due date being 24 June 2025 . I've requested a refund multiple times, including via watsapp but have been met with complete silence. It is unacceptable to ignore me when I'm seeking what's rightfully mine. I expect a prompt response and resolution to this matter.
