Calls

To Pineapple Insurance, I am extremely frustrated by the number of calls I receive from your representatives. I get more than 10 calls a day, and in most cases, when I answer, nobody speaks. The only reason I know the calls are from your company is because one lady eventually spoke and provided the details. I have repeatedly requested that my number be removed from your database. However, after a few days, the calls start again. This is unacceptable and feels like harassment. If I am interested in insurance, I will contact an insurance company myself. I should not have to deal with constant unwanted calls, especially when the caller does not even speak when the call is answered. Please remove my details from your database immediately and ensure that I do not receive any further marketing calls. In addition, please train your representatives to speak when a call is answered, as repeatedly calling people and remaining silent is highly unprofessional. Thank you.
