Busisiwe was helpful once she got my claim and I was very appreciative of her however the initial process from Pineapple to get help is extremely complicated. You can spend days not being attended to and if the item you lost is something you need then you’re inconvenienced. I did not like that at all. I also had to complain on Hello Peter to be attended to. I think it is an organisational issue.
