Boitshoko was absolutely amazing in assisting me with my insurance today

Boitshoko was absolutely amazing in assisting me with my insurance today. I noticed that there was an additional vehicle that was loaded incorrectly on my policy. She quickly corrected the matter and sent me my corrected documents. I had a slight snag at the dealership and she called me back as soon as she could to assist me with the matter. Corrected and updated my policy with vehicle details and sent me the new documents within 5-7min. She stayed on the call while I dealt with the matter. This type of customer service is absolutely astounding, caring for the customer on the other side, and actually helping me. I am happy with the decision I made to sign up. Please do not loose this level of customer service.
