Biggest **** ever!
After cancelling the policy and recieving confirmation of cancellation, This company did an unauthorized debit on my Account after canceling the policy. Mind you, no debit order mandate was authorized. Pineapple has the audacity to threaten me with legal action after reversing the UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT!!!! Pineapple insurance would be a bad decision. If a simple cancelation is a struggle, what would happen in the event of a claim??
Glad I decided to stay with my current insurance.
