Bianca to the rescue

My Claim was initially approved on a lower amount which was based on a quotation for a lower model (cheaper drone), I was trying for over a week to get it reviewed; Bianca stepped in to intervene and obtained the correct quotation for a correct replacement and the claim payout was corrected.

Thank you to Bianca and the Pineapple Team, the last 2 months have been stressful with the loss of my drone and my damaged laptop.
