I got an excellent service from promise i have been struggling to arrange for my premium collection sins the debit order was not successful on the debit order day i was stressing sending emails chatting on the app with no luck finally after 10 days of trying i finally got the right relephone number because i didn't even know the customer care number. I was assisted by a friendly sales man who went out of his way to make sure my cars have cover he made sure i get the help i was looking for when i first spoke to him it was Wednesday after 5 he promised to call me 1st thing in the morning sins the client care agents where already out of the office indeed he did as he primised the relevant department contacted me within 5 min i got a call n my debit order was rescheduled you need more people like promise/surprise m not sure with his name but that's a team player. I was considering to move to another insurance company but he saved you a client he deserve the best
