Best Insurance there is!

Pineapple has got to be the most efficient and easy insurance company there is. I am really impressed with how they handled my claim. I notified them that my device was ****** on Sunday, Bianca sent an email Monday morning, to advise that they have received my claim and will advise soonest. I loved how easy it was contacting Pineapple and I absolutely loved that I had one point of contact - Bianca. I did not need to call any call center and be put on hold. I just went to the App and sent Bianca a message. She rep**** in +-10 minutes. My claim was approved on Wednesday. Most insurance take a little over a week to approve your claim. Saying I'm impressed by Pineapple is an understatement. hoping other insurances will learn from them and treat their customers as kindly as Pineapple did with me, because losing an item is quite stressful. You don't want added stress by your insurance. Will be moving my car insurance over to them as well.
